Whilst the Fire Brigade and Building Codes require these signs by law, they can still be very stylish while maintaining the functionality required by these authorities.
These signs can be produced in a large range of formats from simple computer cut vinyl graphics applied directly to the door to engraved into various materials (eg Aluminium, Stainless Steel etc) or more recently, via photo-anodised graphics in satin natural anodised (SNA) aluminium.
Foundry
We are Australia's only sign manufacturing company with "in house" foundry facilities - Casting in bronze, brass or aluminium to produce commemorative and memorial plaques, State and Federal Coats of Arms, lettering, symbols and signs.
Cast Plaques
Using both traditional and contemporary production methods, Cunneen Signs produce the highest quality dedication, commemorative and memorial plaques. Though typically bronze, plaques can also be cast in your choice of either aluminium or brass.
Being the only sign company in Australia with our own "in house" foundry facility, we are able to offer our clients a very specialised, individual service where requirements are met on time - every time. This is due to our being able to maintain a high level of control over each project. Coats of Arms & RSL Products
During the early 1970's when Cunneen purchased the sign section of Wunderlich Ltd, they acquired many original patterns dating back to the 1950's.
Cunneen Signs continue to use these and many other pattens to cast in bronze and aluminium. The choice of finishes is broad including oxidising and polishing, full heraldic colours or sprayed with bronze-look polyurethane. |
